FOR THE ENJOYMENT OF ALL DOG GUESTS, OWNERS, PLEASE BE COURTEOUS

AND ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING RULES:
DOG PARK HOURS: 8:00 AM TO DUSK

– Owners are legally responsible for their dogs, and any injuries or related medical costs
caused by them or their dogs.
–Users of this facility assume the risk of injury or damage to themselves, their dogs and
their property.
–If your dog bites another dog or human, contact information must be exchanged.
–Aggressive dogs are not allowed. Any dog exhibiting aggressive behavior must be
removed immediately.
–Owners must always remain with their dog.
-No digging or excessive barking.
–No food or treats allowed in the dog park.
–Dogs must be collared, licensed, vaccinated and wear I.D. tags.
–No dogs in heat, or puppies under 4 months.
–Owners must pick up all pet waste immediately!
–Children under 12, with a pet, must always be supervised by an adult.
–Use of the Dog Park is limited to owners and domesticated dogs only.
–Leash laws always apply outside the fenced area of the Dog Park.

LARGE AND AGGRESSIVE DOGS NOT ALLOWED DUE TO INSURANCE ISSUES:
Akita, Pit Bull, Mastiff, Chow, Husky, Rottweiler, Boxer, American Bulldog, English Bulldog, Bull
Terrier, Doberman Pincher, Great Dane, Malamute, St. Bernard, Rhodesian Ridgeback,
Pyrenees, Wolf Hybrids (This list may not be all inclusive and is subject to change)

RANCHO VERDE RV PARK, LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY OR DEATH OF A PERSON OR PET RESULTING FROM
THE ACTIONS OF ANOTHER PET IN THE DOG PARK. USAGE OF THE PARK CONSTITUTES ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF
THIS DISCLAIMER. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS POLICY WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION FROM THE
PARK.
