Site Reservation Policies
Site/Park Fees: All fees will be collected at time reservation is made. Only funds drawn in U.S. funds will be accepted. Please read our fee schedule which is posted separately.
Discounts: Applied only at time of making your reservation. After payment is made, retroactive discounts are NOT permitted. Proof of discount ID must be provided.
Check-In / Check-Out Policies
OCTOBER - APRIL: Check-ins must arrive by 4 pm.
JUNE - SEPTEMBER: Check-ins must arrive by 6 pm. You must make prior arrangements with the office if you are going to late.
WE DO NOT ALLOW SELF CHECK-IN.
Please pull into the office parking lot for check-in at the RV Office. Check-in begins at 12pm. All check-ins prior to these times are dependent on RV site availability and must be arranged with the office. Towed vehicles should be unhooked in the office parking lot.
We guide all guests to their site. If the office is unattended, please call the telephone number listed on the door (928)567-7037 and someone will assist with your check in. We have staff on-site and some who work remotely.
Check-Out: Please check out or re-register by 11am. If you need a late check out please call the office. There will be a $10 fee.
ID must be presented upon check-in, including any identification required for discount.
Park Courtesy Rules
Please respect your neighbors – DO NOT walk through their site. Quiet time is between 9:00PM and 7:00AM.
If you have an issue with another guest, or any maintenance request please call our office. Maintenance personnel DO NOT handle complaints or schedule customer maintenance.
Please do not put stakes in the ground. They may damage our underground irrigation system. Please place satellite dishes as close to your RV as possible and weigh it down with weights not with stakes. If you see a water leak report it to the office immediately.
FIRES: ONLY propane firepits & grills allowed at sites. WOOD, CHARCOAL or PELLETS allowed. You are responsible for ANY DAMAGE caused by your fire. NO FIRES WILL BE ALLOWED WHEN A BAN IS IN PLACE. We work hard to provide you with a comfortable, serene, safe environment at Rancho Verde RV Park. We hope you enjoy your stay.
Pet Policy
Dog Park Hours: 8:00 AM TO DUSK
For the enjoyment of all dog park users, please be courteous and adhere to all of the following rules:
- Owners are legally responsible for their dogs and any injuries or related medical costs caused by them or their dogs.
- Users of this facility assume the risk of injury or damage to themselves, their dogs and their property.
- If your dog bites another dog or human, contact information must be exchanged.
- Aggressive dogs are not allowed. Any dog exhibiting aggressive behavior must be removed immediately.
- Owners must always remain with their dog.
- No digging or excessive barking.
- No food or treats allowed in the dog park.
- Dogs must be collared, licensed, vaccinated and wear I.D. tags.
- No dogs in heat, or puppies under 4 months.
- Owners must pick up all pet waste and dispose it properly.
- Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Use of the Dog Park is limited to owners and domesticated dogs only.
- Leash laws always apply outside the fenced area of the Dog Park.
RANCHO VERDE RV PARK IS NOT LIABLE FOR INJURY OR DEATH OF A PERSON OR PET RESULTING FROM THE ACTIONS OF A DOG IN THE DOG PARK.
USAGE OF THIS PARK CONSTITUTES ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THIS DISCLAIMER.
