Rancho Verde RV Park is a Boutique Adult Oriented Park located in the beautiful Verde Valley in a quiet residential neighborhood, a short distance to Sedona, Jerome, Cottonwood, Prescott, and Flagstaff.
Visit ancient historical sites: Montezuma Castle and Well and Tuzigoot National Monument, VbarV, Hononki, Palatki, Walnut Canyon, and many others.

Camp Verde Pecan & Wine Festival

The Town of Camp Verde Pecan & Wine Festival takes place Saturday, March 15th, and Sunday, March 16th, 2025, just a short drive from Ranch Verde RV Park. This annual celebration highlights Camp Verde’s rich agricultural roots, featuring local pecan growers, wineries, live music, and over 80 food and craft vendors both indoors and outdoors.
The event is held at Camp Verde Community Field (75 E. Hollaman Street) and offers a fantastic opportunity to sample Arizona’s finest wines and pecans while enjoying the lively festival atmosphere. Wine tasting starts at $20, and tickets are available online or at the event.

The AZ StandDown is an annual event that brings together the Valley’s homeless & at-risk military veterans, connecting them with services & resources to end their homelessness. The AZ StandDown is a program of the Arizona Housing Coalition. There will be medical services, housing and employment, pet services, and a women’s veteran expo.
