Additional Rate Information for Daily and Weekly Accommodations:
There is a hotel tax of 12.975%.
Payment in full at the time of reservation.
One Month Only:
- There is a 2% sales tax.
- Security deposit 100; Payment in full at time of reservation
Long-Term Reservations (More Than One Month):
- There is a 2% sales tax.
- Long-term rental application approval is necessary for all adult occupants.
- Vehicles older than 2015 must also email current photos of all four sides of their rig for our approval.
- Required Security deposits is one half months rent. Refundable provided all fees are paid, our property is not damaged, and the site is left clean.
- One month's rent plus security deposit payable at time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
All reservations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee after they are confirmed plus the following:
DAILY RESERVATIONS: A 7-day notice prior to arrival is required for a full refund minus the $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 7- days of your arrival, there will be no refund.
WEEKLY RESERVATIONS: A 14-day notice prior to arrival is required for a refund minus the $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival, there will be no refund.
MONTHLY RESERVATIONS: A 30-day notice prior to arrival is required for a refund minus the $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, there will be no refund.
