Site Reservation Policies
Site/Park Fees: All fees will be collected at time reservation is made. Only funds drawn in U.S. funds will be
accepted. Please read our fee schedule which is posted separately.
Discounts: Applied only at time of making your reservation. After payment is made, retroactive discounts are
NOT permitted. Proof of discount ID must be provided
May thru September: summer guest check-ins must arrive by 6 pm.
October thru April: winter guest check-ins must arrive by 4 pm
We guide all guests to their site. If the office is unattended, please call (928)567-7037, the telephone
number listed on the door and someone will assist with your check in.
Check-In: Please pull into the office parking lot for check-in. IMPORTANT NOTE: Our office is operated
both live and remotely. Our hours are Mon – Sat 9 – 4.
Check-In begins at 12pm. All check-ins prior to this
time are dependent on RV site availability and must be arranged with the office. Towed vehicles should be
unhooked in the office parking lot.
Check-Out: Please check out or re-register by 11am. If you need a late check-out, please call the office. If
available, there will be a $10 fee.
Only one vehicle at each RV site is permitted. A few larger sites will fit 2 vehicles. Check with the office for
permission. Overflow parking available for 2nd vehicle. See Fee Schedule for additional fees for motorized
vehicles over 2. Commercial Vehicle fee is $100.00 per month and MUST be parked near the upper dumpster.
They are not to be parked at your site!
Absolutely no parking of any vehicle on patio slab. You will be responsible for damages.
Parking for tow behind cargo / storage /car haulers must be parked in our STORAGE area and are charged a
daily rate of $5.00 per day or a monthly rate of $100.00. If your Tow Dolly fits completely under the RV there
will no charge. They must fit so they are not sticking out and are not a trip hazard. Management may deem it
hazardous.
Monthly site rentals include water, sewer, trash, WIFI, and park amenities. Every site has an individual electric
meter which is read at the time of arrival and at the end of each month or departure date. You will be charged
according to the current APS rates the park is charged. This amount will be added to you monthly invoice.
Monthly rent is due on the 1st day of the month. There is a LATE FEE OF $35.00 if not received by 2pm on the
5th day. If the 5th falls on a Sunday or holiday it must be paid on the 4th by 2 pm. If not paid by that time you
will be issued a 5 Day Notice to Vacate.
Daily & Weekly extensions must be paid at the time of extension, or you will need to vacate the property as
scheduled.
ID must be presented upon check-in, including any identification required for discount.
PARK COURTESY: Please respect your neighbors – DO NOT walk through their site. Quiet time is between
9:00PM and 7:00AM. This means guests may still be outside their rig quietly talking and enjoying the
evening. Call the office if you have a complaint. Do not confront other guests.
If you have an issue with another guest, or any maintenance request please call our office. Maintenance
personnel DO NOT handle complaints or schedule customer maintenance.
For all medical or physical emergencies, threats or threatening behaviors CALL 911 immediately.
Please do not put stakes in the ground. They may damage our underground irrigation system. Place satellite
dishes as close to your RV as possible and weigh it down with weights not with stakes. If you see a water leak
report it to the office (928) 567-7037 immediately.
No washing of any VEHICLE, RV OR PATIO in the park. There is a large car/truck/RV wash facility on Rte.
260 near Wendy’s. We must pay for water, and we are conservative so we can keep your fees down. Please help
us do that.
For our guests with pets, please read our pet policy.
TRASH: Please dispose of your trash immediately in the provided dumpsters. Do not leave it outside as it
invites critters, bugs and ends up all over the campground.
LAWNCARE & MAINTENANCE: Please do not trim trees or mow in your site. Maintenance has a schedule.
Your site should be kept clean, not trash or clutter. We ask that you keep your lawn furniture on the patio or on
the gravel area and any storage should fit neatly under your rig so that maintenance can water, mow, weed-eat
and use the blower.
FIRES: ONLY propane firepits & grills are allowed at sites. WOOD, CHARCOAL or PELLETS are NOT
allowed. You are responsible for any damage caused by your fire. NO FIRES WILL BE ALLOWED WHEN
A BAN IS IN PLACE.
LOCKLAUNDRY ROOM IS ALWAYS UNLOCKED
